Who Am I?
I grew up with many limiting beliefs and in early adult life faced situations of judgement and prejudice when trying to progress in my career. This left me feeling deflated, discouraged and stuck.
I noticed that many female work colleagues felt the same: stuck, frustrated and lost because they were unable to move up the career ladder.
Based on years of experience, I’ve built a program designed to provide clarity, confidence and actionable steps towards career acceleration. I’ll get you clarity, and perspective to take action and create meaningful change. Through my tried and trusted industry coaching techniques, we’ll work together to remove your barriers, identify skills gaps and work on unshakeable confidence to move you forward. I’ll be your one-on-one coach to help you identify the best career for you, considering your skills, values and lifestyle needs.

About My Program
Who It Is For?
I work with professional women who feel stuck, frustrated and unfulfilled in their current roles in their workplace. They feel unable to move forward in their job. Know that they are not being valued, heard or respected. They are not paid what they believe is their worth and are fearful of being judged and feel ashamed when talking about or describing their job.
Women who are comparing themselves with the younger generation seem to be getting better pay and more respect. They feel they’re being left behind. They lack clarity on the higher/new skill sets needed to progress and transform their career.
